Take a tour to two of the most significant sites in Jordan with visits to Madaba, and Mount Nebo. The tour will take you from Amman 30 kilometers south to the two sites. afternoon, you will return to Amman. Visits include Mount Nebo Archeological site, and the church of St. George in Madaba. Also take some time to walk around the old city of Madaba with souvenir shops and atrisana.
Madaba the city of mosaics. Across the town, in churches, museums and private houses, dozens of elaborate 6th and 7th Century Byzantine mosaics are on display, depicting both Biblical tales and the region’s history, and the oldest mosaic map of the region from 500 A.D.
